sitemap script finally catches up with HTML 5
Just updated the sitemap-o-matic script to support "link rel='author'" along with "link rev='made'", to keep up with what all the cool kids are doing. I suppose at some point I should take out the "rev" feature, but I think I still have a lot of "rev" links lying around, that need to get cleaned up.
The basic idea of sitemap-o-matic is to give you a really easy way to make a proper XML sitemap for a small static site, such as North Oakland Cohousing. It also gives you a quick alert of broken links, although it's not a broken link checker.
It really crawls using HTTP, so you don't have to worry about mapping filesystem paths to URL paths. And if you want to put "changefreq" and "priority" in the XML, you can just put them in meta tags in the HTML.
