One more sneaky attempt at getting software patents into Europe smacked down by alert freedom lovers. (What's next -- a software patent bill printed on the back of a cheese wrapper with fine print saying "by eating this cheese you hereby vote for software patents! Gotcha!")

Did you ever notice that if you do a Google search for software patents, all the top results are anti-software-patent sites and all the ads are companies that will help you get a software patent?
