[p2p-hackers] traversing NAT and Java

There likely are free implementations at places like SipFoundry.org, but 
I'm not sure, and it would take a little digging since it tends to be 
coupled with other SIP pieces.  ICE is also still an evolving IETF 
draft, so it's not likely that any open source/free versions are yet 
compliant with the most recent update from late July, but someone might 
be particularly diligent.  I will eventually be releasing an open source 
implementation, but the first iterations will likely not be fully 
compliant just because it's a bit of a pain in the *** to code...
