[p2p-hackers] Live P2P Video State of the Art

I assume you've already seen and surveyed the current "state of the art" in
running application-level-multicast projects like:

 CMU's ESM  http://esm.cs.cmu.edu/
 SCRIBE
 SplitStream
 Bayeux

And papers on pbcast, lpbcast, and bimodal-multicast, which while assuming
an existing unreliable multicast transport, give some insight as to how to
improve the application-level performance.

We have work in this area in progress here at amicima as well, but no
promises of release dates or capabilities yet.
