In what way? Since Teredo is implemented in the network layer, 
applications aren't even aware of it*. Since Teredo gives you a 
first-class, globally-routable IPv6 address, users won't be aware of it 
either. The transition from Teredo to 6to4 to native IPv6 connectivity 
is seamless.

[*] In fact, I see this as the biggest drawback of Teredo. It basically 
has to be implemented in the OS, so applications can't provide it. So if 
you want WinME users, you can't rely on Teredo.
