Righto - since there is nothing out there that does it (deduced
through 'negation by failure'):


   Would anyone on this list be interested in collaborating on
   (or at least discussing) an open source/open protocol
   application such as Imeem, and the like??

PS  Please will someone also tell me if, as I am rapidly beginning
     to suspect, I'm yaddering away on completely the wrong list,
     here!?  =0) Perhaps a new list is called for.

PPS I have also been pointed to KDrive as a similar, commercial,
     example, by David Barret (thanks), in case anyone is interested.
