Does anyone here know which open protocols support private group 
sharing/chat?

IOW, FOAF-style peering: like private group chatrooms with file sharing 
just amongst friends.

I know this is intended to be a feature of Waste and maybe GNUnet?

Does anyone know if any other open protocols support this?
