Good point. The source now is available at the home page (see Notes).

I'm well aware of the distrust in binary-only applications you're supposed
to run on your computer, and in fact I was amazed that you were the first
person to "complain".  The reason, for not publishing the source code
right away is, that I'm not sure whether parts might be covered by
patents, etc. Nontheless, the source code is online now, and I hope this
removes the (legitimate) distrust in the survey application somewhat.
