Hi Kurt, Bill,

I thought about 'complaining' for free access; we are doing research 
which is based on the possibility to review and scrutinize other 
researchers theses after all, but then fell back to using a big and 
commonly known internet search engine, which produced pdf-results for 
all but two or three of the papers... ;-)
