I would guess about 75%, if the statistics contained in
http://www.brynosaurus.com/pub/os/nat.pdf are correct (see also:
http://zgp.org/pipermail/p2p-hackers/2004-November/002171.html ).

For the rest, one can always use proxying/forwarding through selfless
non-NATted nodes.
