Indeed it does, it returns EX_TEMPFAIL, indicating to the MTA to retry
delivery later, giving you a chance to fix your config file without
losing mail.

The syntax alone is enough. There's a "||" operator, and it means
logical or! Rules don't start with :0"! procmail is flat-out
ridiculous.

I haven't looked at sieve at all (since I've been happy with maildrop)
but I will have a look.
