In flavours/story.html the permalink (which on your
blog you have your titles linked to) is probably
something like:
  $url/$yr/$mo_num/$da#$fn

You can lose the year/month/day stuff and change it
to something like:
  $url/$fn.html
(you do need the flavour name at the end.)

Then you should be able to make the same change in
flavours/story.rss and your feed will link to the
entries by real title too.  (and every Planet site
that carries you will get a bonus blast of greatest
hits.)
