A bit of news in the refund quest:
  Dell customer gets Windows refund

Personally, I think that when somebody gets a Windows
refund for sending one letter and the guy who marched
with a big pink "I DIDN'T ASK FOR THE ANAL PROBE"
sign doesn't get one something is unjust in the world.
But that's just how it is.

Strangely enough, the 7th anniversary of WRD is the
2nd day of LinuxWorld Open Solutions Summit...any of
the refund posse who will be in New York City want
