It's /dev/hw_random actually (found a couple minutes ago). Thought
/dev/random would use hardware RNG whenever available automatically, duh.

/dev/hw_random is slower than I thought (~5 kBytes entropy/s, while the RNG engine can
supposedly generate up to 6 MBit/s rate of entropy). 

Any adverse reactions if I load the module on boot, and just 
ln -s /dev/hw_random /dev/random ?
