root@hydrogen:/home/eugen # insmod
/lib/modules/2.6.8.1-3-386/kernel/drivers/char/hw_random.ko

root@hydrogen:/home/eugen # tail /var/log/messages

Oct 20 10:23:00 localhost kernel: hw_random hardware driver 1.0.0 loaded

root@hydrogen:/home/eugen # dd if=/dev/random of=blah.dat
0+7 records in
1+0 records out
512 bytes transferred in 4.877086 seconds (105 bytes/sec)

root@hydrogen:/home/eugen # lsmod | grep random
hw_random 5652 0

Doesn't seem to be working...
