McLawyer, Inc. _has_ lived down to expectations, however: The complaint
text speaks merely of Linux 2.4 and 2.6 (among other versions) having
"copied or otherwise improperly used as the basis for creation of
derivative works" and thereby violated its alleged copyrights to "UNIX
software, source code, object code, programming tools, documentation
related to UNIX operating system technology, and derivative works
thereof" (referring to various subsystems of SysV R3.2 and R4).

They don't bother to specify _what_ in those allegedly SCO-owned
copyrights was copied -- not iota. Nor do they clarify by what wacky
theory of law they can claim to own all derivative works.

Cheers, "Reality is not optional."
