Sinclair QL (the MC68008 box with tape drives) had an equivalent 
(REPeat loopname ...IF <bool> EXIT loopname 
... END REPeat loopname).

Even before, BBC basic had REPEAT...UNTIL <bool>

In other news, Gnome on Fedora Core 1 (with Planet CCRMA tweaks) is more or
less usable. (Not nearly the same responsiveness as OS X or Windows, but
usable).
