Sure, although sa-exim can only teergrube on SA scores (but you can use
warn in exim ACLs to generate a header that SA picks up, and raises the
score with, causing sa-exim to teergrube the sender)

I do however do teergrubing directly in exim4.conf too, it's just not as
fancy as the teergrubing that sa-exim can do
