Hitting URLs in spam, especially unread spam, is a good thing.
Spammer-tolerant web hosting is expensive.

You could have the script that handles your spamtrap addresses hit
any URLs in mail they receive, too, so that spammers don't know which
of 20,000 working addresses in your domain correspond to humans.
