Desktop Linux has been getting some good press lately. Recently there was
the Telstra
(http://australianit.news.com.au/articles/0,7204,7136841%5E15306%5E%5Enbv%5E
,00.html) story. If you were going to invest money on the assumption that
Linux will get significant traction on the desktop, where would you invest?

Here are a few ideas for companies that might stand to do well as Linux
becomes more popular on the desktop: SuSE, RedHat, Lindows, Codeweavers,
Aclerex, VMWare, Citrix.

I've been thinking about this for a while, and no one company really stands
out to me. Thoughts?

Larry
