And yet this is true of almost no real-world examples of the genre.
Quite the opposite.  Possibly, this reflects the same mindset that leads
people to choose PDF also leading them to include font information, etc.

However, all of this misses the main point, which is that PDF is simply
a notoriously lousy screen format.
