[linux-elitists] Caldera/SCO: the false jewlery store analogy

Deconstructing a particularly annoying comment of Darl's in a ZDNet
interview, which I'll call the false jewlery store analogy.  It's wrong
two ways.

For starters, Caldera was looting along with the rest of us, if that's
in fact what was going on, and is now claiming grave injury because they
bought the store for a pittance.  That and the far too common (in both
senses of the word) confounding of real and intellectual property:
