[linux-elitists] setting up apache with php on windows

run the apache executable, go through the setup wizard. the defaults
should be fine.  it will install apache in c:\program files\apache group\

now for php you need to extract it into c:\php so that you have
directoriess like c:\php\cli, c:\php\dlls, etc..

first, stop apache. you need to edit 
c:\program files\apache group\apache\conf\httpd.conf and find
the section with lines that start with 'AddModule'  put these three lines
at the end of that section:

LoadModule php4_module c:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll
AddModule mod_php4.c
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php

now, you need to copy 
'c:\php\php4ts.dll' 
to 
'c:\program files\apache group\apache'

that should be all you have to do.  let me know if you have any problems.
