Just FYI, for those who didn't know, yahoo has been contracting its
search with google for a while now
Before that however, yahoo was trying to do a directory maintained by
hand (made up by humans). It was a higher quality search than most
engines (including google), but the results were very few, and as the
web grew, getting 3 good results on yahoo and 5000+ rather high quality
ones on google didn't work for yahoo anymore.

Exactly true.
