Yeah. DJB seems to think this is Somebody Else's Problem. I
like how he cites VAGUE ASSERTIONS in the RFCs that programs treat DNS
outages differently from actual service outages. This is a verifiable
fact, not a vague assertion.
Q: Should I include quotations after my reply?
