	It can really help. Ever had the ISP that hosts your primary site
go belly up without warning? Ever had a client get bumped offline by
Above.net because there's a spammer on the same netblock? Waiting for a
root server update is ~12 hours minimum, having a secondary server on a
different network lets you route around the outage.
