It'll be interesting if they win this.

FedEx transferred something like 11,000 IT, sales, and marketing folks
into a new company, FedEx Services, a couple of years ago.  Will
Microsoft try to go back and collect 11,000 new license fees?  Will they
try to say that the FedEx corporate site licenses and license discounts
don't apply?  If FedEx pays, will all of you pay more to ship packages
to make up for it?
