I use procmail to avoid duplicate msg ids. Seems to work fine for throwing
out dupes.


# Catch duplicate Msg-ID:s. It's usually a good indication of a mail loop
# and if I lose real mail, oh well.
:0 Wh: misc/msgid.lock
| formail -D 32768 misc/msgid.cache

# Nuke empty Msg-ID:s
:0:
* ^Message-Id: < *>
/dev/null
