Actually, the focus appears slightly different:

    Microsoft Corp. and Lockheed Martin Corp. announced an alliance
    Thursday aimed at securing government contracts for such projects as
    secure e-mail and e-commerce.

...but:

    The agreement does not give Lockheed Martin access to Microsoft's
    source code, the blueprint for its popular software programs. The
    software giant is notoriously secretive about its source code,
    although company executives recently said Microsoft would make its
    code available to some business partners.

...so, if you don't Share Source with your partners, who the fuck are
you planning on providing access to it?

Pity for Lockhead, and are the rumors that the company will be rebranded
as Blockhead Muscles and Spice Girls really true?
