Before anyone goes submitting BRCL to OSI or anything, I'm concerned
about an author's ability to disclaim implied warranties in a
BRCL-licensed work. If A puts something under BRCL, B re-releases it
under new terms, and C somehow finds out that A is the original author,
is A at risk?
