I really think it is perfectly legitamate for non-profits to
be given the .org domain.  What would not be apropriate would be
removing people from domains retroactively.  

I simple statement as the the purpose of an organization in the
registration process would be reasonable, but I doubt that ICANN
or NS would want to spend the time reading them all.

Isn't slashdot backwards - the business is a .org and the organization
maintaining the code a .com?
