[linux-elitists] "fundamental universal condition" ?

I was looking at Slashdot, and saw the KPMG story, and followed to
their agreement, here http://www.kpmg.com/disclaimer.html

The part which bemused me the most was

"Based on the fundamental universal condition of the electronic
communication process, KPMG does not guarantee or warrant the Site
will be uninterrupted, without delay, error-free, omission-free, or
free of viruses."

I guess we can all stop using virus-free electronic communication
process, for we are now irrelevant.
