Funny thing:  Stallman obstinately insists on the right to make money
from free-as-in-freedom code, and he's almost never recognised for this.

In the real world, probably nothing.  The only people still using Mosaic
code are those with commercial-use licences, such as Microsoft, which
got its licence for MSIE from Spyglass, which in turn administered those
rights under some sort of agreement with NCSA.

Allegedly, it's a rewrite from scratch.
