Supposedly, the stack in Windows 2000 is a rewrite.  Lots of new bugs,
I hope.

Failing that, it must be possible to fuck it up via Active Directory
(NT4 domains with a new database engine, Kerberos (transitive) trusts
and a hierarchical namespace nailed on top.  Mmmmm.  Crunchy.)
