Also, name servers' IP numbers aren't supposed to move around a lot,
according to the experience of the Old Days, when every zone in the
examples was served from vangogh.cs.berkeley.edu or some other machine
which has probably had the same IP number since the creation of the
DNS, maybe since the creation of the Internet.
Colocation and DSL didn't exist when the InterNIC was first set up; I
doubt even the _term_ "colocation" existed then.
