This is for anyone using mod_rewrite to filter web annoyances
such as banner ads and popup windows.

The order in which mod_rewrite and mod_proxy are compiled or
loaded into the server makes a difference.  mod_proxy has to
be mentioned before mod_rewrite, so it runs after it.

Apache 1.3.3-7 from Debian slink does the wrong thing until you
change the LoadModule directives around.
